You can permanently delete your PracProof account at any time — here, or in the app under Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold about you on our servers: your account (email address and sign-in) and your subscription record. Any active subscription is stopped, so no further charges are made. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What we cannot read or hand over
Patient results, prescriptions and sick notes are stored on your phone, encrypted. If you shared records with a practice team, those copies are end-to-end encrypted — our servers cannot decrypt them. Deleting your account does not clear the phone; remove on-device data in the app under Account → Erase everything on this phone.

Prefer email?
Email admin@pracproof.co.za from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and we will delete it for you within 5 business days, confirming by reply.
