Subscription questions and refund requests are handled under our refunds & billing policy — include the word "Refund" in your subject line and the approximate charge date, and we’ll sort it out.
Privacy (POPIA)
To exercise any right under POPIA — access, correction or deletion of your account information — contact our Information Officer. Patient records live on doctors’ phones, and anything a practice shares is end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read or retrieve patient data.
