From a recorded consultation to a reviewed note and billing entry

A simulated consultation is recorded, an AI transcript and draft are produced, and the reviewed note is saved with a selected billing code. The source audio is fictional and the edit condenses the recording and processing time.

From conversation to a draft

Choose the patient and consultation type, follow the recording consent process and start recording. When you stop, the audio is processed into text and a draft note. This step needs an internet connection.

Read the transcript and summary against what was actually said. Correct names, dates, medicines, quantities, negations and missing context. A fluent draft can still contain a mistake; it becomes your record only after your review and save action.

Save the note with the next administrative step

Select the appropriate billing code and save the reviewed consultation. PracProof links the note and billing entry to the patient, helping the administrative record follow the clinical encounter.

A saved billing code is not a quoted tariff, submitted claim or payment. Check the code and complete the rest of your practice’s billing process.

Use the reviewed record in a referral or motivation

You can choose saved notes as context for AI-assisted referral and PMB drafting. The selection matters: a short recorded conversation may not include observations, investigation results or a full admission plan recorded elsewhere.

Add the relevant chart information to the record and select the appropriate source notes. Review the generated document for omissions and for planned care presented incorrectly as completed care.

Research answers, Assistant replies, AI document drafts and camera scans share the AI allowance. Manual editing, copying, saving, PDF export and printing use no AI credits. Allowances reset each calendar month; unused uses do not roll over.

No. It is a draft. The clinician reviews and corrects it before saving or using it in another document.
